(Terms and Conditions)
一般課程條款及細則:
1.註冊與付款:要註冊課程,學生必須支付訂金,訂金將從課程總費用中扣除。在確認註冊後,申請人有責任支付課程總費用的餘額。To register for a course, students must pay a deposit, which will be deducted from the total course fee. Upon confirmation of registration, the applicant is responsible for paying the balance of the total course fee.
2.退款政策:如果學生因以下任何原因未能參加已確認的課程或完成課程:個人問題、疾病、改變主意、搬遷、懷孕、家庭疾病或死亡、個人情況變化、未能獲得簽證或貸款,本校不會退還費用或訂金,亦不會授予以後課程的權利。學生將負責支付未付的課程費用。If a student is unable to attend a confirmed course or complete a course due to any of the following reasons: personal issues, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, family illness or death, change in personal circumstances, failure to obtain a visa or loan, the Academy will not refund fees or deposits, nor will it grant rights to future courses. The student will be responsible for paying any unpaid course fees.
3.付款期限:費用可以在註冊時全額支付。費用也可以用訂金和餘額支付,必須在課程開始日支付。如果不如期支付,將失去在課程中的學席。Fees can be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees can also be paid with a deposit and balance, which must be paid on the course start date. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the student's place in the course.
4.不可轉讓性:在任何情況下,所有已付款項均不可退還且不可轉讓。Under any circumstances, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.分期付款責任:被批准通過分期付款選項支付課程費用的學生與學校同意在預設日期通過直接付款方式支付所有費用。逾期或未付款可能會導致您退出分期付款選項,您將在 10 個工作日內支付剩餘的課程費用。Students approved to pay course fees via an installment option agree with the school to pay all fees via direct payment on preset dates. Late or non-payment may result in your withdrawal from the installment option, and you will be required to pay the remaining course fees within 10 working days.
VTCT (iTEC) 課程條款及細則:
1.行政與材料費:課程費用包括學校的行政費用和準備工作以及課程所需的所有特殊設備和材料的費用,以及學校向相關機構支付的費用。Course fees include the Academy's administrative costs, preparation work, all special equipment and materials required for the course, and fees paid by the Academy to relevant awarding bodies.
2.國際考試費用:已繳付予海外機構 (如 iTEC) 之國際考試費用,在任何情況下(包括但不限於病假或個人缺席)均不設退款。International exam fees paid to external awarding bodies (e.g., iTEC) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including medical leave or personal absence.
3.補考費用 (Re-sit Fees):
•理論筆試補考 (Theory Re-sit): 每次補考費用為 HK$800.00。
•實操考試補考 (Practical Re-sit): 每次補考費用為 HK$1,500.00(包含行政、場地及考官對接費用)。If a student fails the VTCT (iTEC) exam, re-sit fees apply: Theory Re-sit is HK$800.00 per attempt; Practical Re-sit is HK$1,500.00 per attempt (includes admin, venue, and examiner coordination).
4.額外補課費用 (Additional Tuition):學生在課程期間未能完成評估、進度落後或因個人原因需要額外指導,本校將按小時收取額外教學/監督/評估費用。目前每小時收費為 HK$250.00。Students who fail to complete assessments or require additional guidance due to personal reasons will be charged an additional tuition/supervision/assessment fee of HK$250.00 per hour.
出席率與專業守則:
1.出席率要求:對於所有課程,您必須至少有 70% 的出席率才能在課堂上為每個科目/模塊進行教學。對於基於考試的課程,您必須至少有 70% 的出勤率。For all courses, you must have at least a 70% attendance rate to receive instruction for each subject/module in class. For exam-based courses, you must have at least 70% attendance.
2.改期與取消 (No-Show):如需改期,學員必須於原定課時前至少 48 小時通知。於課前 24 小時內取消者,將視為「已出席」。課堂開始後 15 分鐘未出席且未事先通知者,將視為自動放棄該堂課。For rescheduling, students must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered "Attended." Students who fail to attend within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice will be considered to have forfeited the session.
3.最終決定權:Skin Refine 校長/董事總經理的決定是最終決定,不得進行仲裁。The decision of the Skin Refine Principal/Managing Director is final and not subject to arbitration.
